RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

The item(s) must have all original tags attached and intact to be eligible for returns and exchanges.  Item(s) must be unwashed, unused and unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.  We only accept returned item(s) that have been directly purchased from CasualMojo.com.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

While it is not mandatory, we would strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping option or purchase shipping insurance for the total value of the returning items.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without tracking.

Exchanges

We only exchange items based on available stock, so we recommend exchanging your item(s) for online credit.  Once the exchanged item is received, a code for online credit will be emailed to the exchanger.

Sales Items

We apologize but at this moment only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are considered final sales.  You may exchange your sales item(s) for online credit.

Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the gift item(s) may be returned for online credit.  Once the returned item is received, a code for online credit will be emailed to you.  Gift item(s) also must be postmarked and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Wrong Address

Please double check that all information is correct prior to completing checkout.  Contact us immediately if you discover that an incorrect address is used.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank.  Then contact your credit card company as it may take a few business days for your refund is post.
