SIZING

What if I don't know my shirt size?

We have just the thing, a sizing chart.  We want you to find the best fit possible.

Is there shrinkage in your products?

Our products are all pre-shrunk but it isn't uncommon for 100% cotton fabrics to shrink a bit.  We recommend following the care label instructions and to always dry on low settings.  Polyester blends and even some tri-blend fabrics are less likely to shrink when following care label instructions.

SHIPPING

How quickly does my order ship?

Once we receive your order we try our best to get it shipped out as soon as we can. We go directly to print after an order has been placed ensuring that each made-to-order item retains it's freshness when it gets to you. Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days when an order is placed Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a major US holiday, then we will prepare it for fulfillment on the following business day.

When we introduce new products and/or sale items, we can get slammed with orders. Please know that we are a working our hardest to get all orders out and we apologize for any delays encountered during these times.

How long does my shipment take to get to me?

United States: 3-8 business days

* Please consider that these are estimated ship times. Actual ship times may vary slightly due to the shipping method you choose.

What shipping methods do you use?

Our main carriers within the United States are FedEx and USPS.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information as long as you selected a shipping method with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the United States.  

We are working on developing more shipping options for other countries.  If you are in a place where we currently don't ship to, please contact us to let us know.  We would love to grow our community.

Taxes & Fees

There may be additional taxes and/or fees added depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we can not mark packages as "gifts" for avoiding certain fees.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please contact us immediately via email. Don't forget to include your order number and the information that needs to be corrected. We will try to catch the mistake and correct it before the order ships.

We work with our warehouse and shipping partners to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so there is a chance that your order may have shipped. If this is the case, then you may return the item(s) once you receive them for an exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I want to make a change my order?

Please contact us immediately via email. Don't forget to include your order number and the information that needs to be corrected. We will try to make the changes before the order ships.

We work with our warehouse and shipping partners to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so there is a chance that your order may have shipped. If this is the case, then you may return the item(s) once you receive them for an exchange.

What if I want to cancel my order?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express debit/credit cards.  We have also added Apple Pay and Paypal.  More payment options are coming in the future.
